Mother Nature is slow and smooth

The Creator meet creation and we are present for that mysterious encounter.  That is why all of our journeys into nature are spiritual experiences. Some more intense than others.  Some more transformative than others.  Each encounter however, affords us the opportunity to experience something we have not, the word to describe.  John M. Hopkins penned those famous words "All creation is charged with the grandeur of God."  There is a splendor to creation that is revealed to us over a long period of time.  The majesty of creation cannot be grasped in one visit or even in a thousand encounters.  The Mystery "perfectly hidden" and so slowly "perfectly revealed" brings us to an ever new level of awareness.  As we walk or hike The Creator dwelling in our depths meets The Creator dwelling in the depths of all creation.  As I have said we have been chosen to be the third reality in this mysterious ever so solemn reality.  Please take time to reflect on the following."

We must always claim our chosenness.  This is our innate dignity.  To say anything else is a lie.  Because we all choose to believe the lie, or worse still to live the lie that does not make it the truth. We are always in search of truth, a truth that will ultimately elude us in this life.  How often have we heard the question "what is truth?" and there is no easy answer.  So we search for an answer that will satisfy? But for how long?  In every answer is sown the seeds of a new question which means that our search is endless. Yet, we still journey on.

There is a splendor to creation that is revealed to us over a long period of time.
